Domain: UploadWIZ.com
Traffic: 500 - 900 Uniques Daily.
Revenue: Around $3 - $7 Day.

Would be whole site & domain, resale rights to the script etc..

As for price, I'm looking for a good offer.
The site currently makes me around $100 a month.

Obviously you have to take away hosting costs from that figure, but the site is rapidly gaining in popularity and I could see it becoming one of the popular file hosts in the market.
