Looking for quality domain reseller program

I'm in search of a quality domain reseller program.

Need:
1. Can resell backorder services
2. TLD's: .com, .net
3. < $8/year

Want:
1. Ability to create my own management system. Some resellers like wildwestdomains restrict you to using their management system on their domain and all you get to change is the logo and colors.
2. TLD's: .org, .info, .us, .biz, .tv, .uk, .cc
3. <= $7/year

Any suggestions?

You could try www.resellerspanel.com but that to get a domain name you have to set up hosting

Thanks for the suggestions so far. I'm looking into all of them and have emails out to about 12 registrars for more detailed information on their reseller program. My biggest problem is I can't seem to find a registrar who offers backorder services, which I can resell. Any ideas?

godaddy offers a resellers program, with I THINK backordering service...

That's who I tried first, but they don't allow you to have your own management system. For your customers to manage their domains they have to use GoDaddys system on their domain. All you get to change is the colors and logo. Do you know any others which offer backorders services?

I think I may have found one, enom.com, suggested by NickRac. They offer everything I need except the most important, which is backorder services. I emailed them and told them my situation. They quickly replied and told me that they should be able make this possible for me. While I wait for them to verify that they will in fact be able to do this, I would appreciate any suggestions on others who offer backorder services to resellers.

Directi Resellers can themselves appoint sub-Resellers under them
I get a better W'sale Price as a Sub-reseller (59756.myorderbox.com) of an existing directi reseller than I do as a Directi Reseller (57453.myorderbox.com) .
Plus Directi Offers a API if you need a Custom Reseller CP
