I signed up early this year. It really is a great service and the recent upgrades make it even better.

Probaby one of the best incentives is the Google Adwords credit you receive when you signup. You receive a $200 credit if you sign up for a Pro package and $100 if you sign up for a basic package. The credits are worth more than the signup prices themselves not to mention that you get your own brandable reseller site.

They pay for themself with minimal effort:

1. You get a $100 Google Adwords credit when you sign up for the basic reseller account. Sign up for the Pro reseller account and you recevie a much larger Adwords credit.
2. Use the Google Adwords credit to advertise some of the less competitive products in your store. For instance, everyone is advertising domain names and hosting. Try advertising your SSL certificates or online file folders. It only takes a few sales of SSL certificates to recover the cost of the signup.
3. You get access to all of GoDaddy's products at the absolute minimums. Backorders for $12, Hosting for $3, Free php program scripts for forums, blogs and many others are included in the hosting packages. If you purchase a lot of domain or hosting related products, the money you save justifies the cost as well.
