Hi everyone,
I have been working on a project since February this year. My programmer was meant to deliver the script in June but due to some personal issues
he was unable to do this, weeks went by without any communication, deadlines were missed and promises broken. He finally showed me a preview
of the script and everything looked good, he said he would finish this and deliver it by September 1st. However, today he e-mailed me and dropped a
bombshell, he told me he was unable to finish the project, without any explanation.
It's hard for me to actually sit here and type this post, this project has been my largest investment online and the programmer I hired had an incredible
reputation before I did business with him, I never expected anything like this to happen. Now, I would walk away from this project with a full refund but i've
spent 7 months of my time on this, I have also spent over $1,500 on a 8 page design for the site. So, i've decided to take a partial refund and get the
code that he has done so far.
I'm here today to look for a reliable and hard working php/mysql programmer to finish the job that my programmer couldn't complete. At this stage i'm actually
not sure what is left to do. Most of the work is fixing bugs and changing things. There are one or two missing features, such as referal management which
is quite complicated. I would estimate that finishing the script would take a week (based on several hours programming a day). This programmer must be
able to work with complicated php code, I believe there is some ajax used, tableless coding and perhaps even some OOP, again i'm not sure but I do know
that my programmer was fairly advanced, so beginners don't apply. I also don't want someone who is going to start rewriting the code that already exists just
because it's not to their likeing. The job is to complete the script, not start again.
I'm not bothered about budget on this, it simply has to be finished within the next two weeks. If you don't think you can deliver this then please don't bother
wasting your time and mine. Payment will be sent upon completion of the work, simply because i've had enough problems with programmers and i'd rather

you will have the full source code of the script and the design, worth a few thousand at least.

asap. I would just like to close by saying, I have thousands of dollars worth of work for someone who can prove themselves to be professional. I've hired dozens of programmers
in the past and none of them have actually met a deadline!
