I am starting a new web design and development co. and am looking for freelancers that would be interested in helping with projects. We will pay a percentage of the total project, based on the amount of work done. This will not be hourly employment by any means. Just looking for some web savvy people that would like to make some extra money by partnering with us. We will be finding projects though various means, such as GAF, Craigslist, Backpage, local advertising, etc...
We will take care of finding the work. You help with the project, depending on your abilities and experience, and you make a percentage of the total amount paid for the project. We can currently only pay you through paypal, unless you live in the Memphis, TN area. Other payment arrangements could be made for those local to us.
