Looking for investors and partners in some running and developing projects

I'm the leader of a developer group, working on some web 2.0 related projects.
We are engineers, developers, and designers. We are developing RIAs and web enabled desktop applications. We use technologies like .NET, FLEX/AIR/Flash and JAVA.
We are looking for investors, people with ideas and proactive collaborators.

i dont think it's wise of you, in your first post, to look for people on a msg board in which you would delegate much trust to. esp. since you're looking for investors and partners
