I am looking for link exchanges with sites that are computer-related but not forums.

As my site is a predicted PR4 and has a PR2 redirecting to it, I am looking for links either with predicted PR4 or above or links with PR already.

The link will be on every page of the site, so the link must be on the homepage of the site.
