Looking for info on a car 1984 Z28 Camero

I was looking at a 1984 Z28 Camero 5L with 50,000 miles....the person was asking $5000.

This is just a car for fun...not a main car to drive.

Everything is orginal no tinkering was done...no messing with the motor I mean pure original.

I tried to find info on the web about prices but all the things I found were people that were selling rebuilt or adjusted cars.

Just wondered if anyone could provide some info.

My father in law just bought a prime 1988 z28 I-Rock for $2500. Runs smooth and works great. My brother in law also just bought a 1990 I-Rock for $1500. IMO $5k for the car is a bit much. If it is actually in awesome condition and has ZERO electrical problems, this usually whats wrong with these cars, then i would say talk them down to a comfortable price around $2-$3K.
