Looking for help or someone to develop

I have no idea what i am doing.

I need advice on how to really develop this site better:

I have tried and tried and as u can see I am not talented enough or know enough on how to really make a good substantial website that would be benificial to my community and that will draw vistors back.

I would like any advice on if i should switch to wordpress or another platform.
Really any idea would be great.

Also if someone sees what i am getting at with my site that would like to offer their services to develop it for me pm me so we can work out a cost.
