Currently we have a site already - Kallisto Skin Care : Anti-aging serum but we want to create another site (the domain is already purchased - Kallisto123.com) and it will be a free trial offer/information capture page like this:

If you have done something like this, a one page capture page as well as setting it up along with the billing (there is a charge for shipping but then if they do not send the product back in a certain amount of time they get charged a full retail price per the billing agreement), automatic emails as well as a database for customers, please feel free to contact me any way you want.
