I’d appreciate some insight on a situation I’m currently in.
A while back, I acquired a visit(place).com–type domain after seeing it listed for sale for a long period of time. I purchased it with the intention of building a travel-related project or service around it.
After doing more in-depth research post-purchase, I’ve started to consider whether there could be potential issues down the road, particularly from a trademark or dispute-resolution perspective.
I’m therefore looking for recommendations for:
I’m not dealing with an active dispute at the moment, this is purely preventative due diligence.

- Preferably someone with experience in UDRP matters (UDRP), so I can get a realistic assessment and be prepared if any issues were to arise in the future
