Due to the availability of the domain in many other extensions and it not being a .com, I don't see much value.

Sorry. Maybe auction it and see what happens. As to value, probably not much more than reg fee. IMO

Unless you get lucky and an end user approach you after failing to purchase the .com,
then maybe low-mid $xxx

I would send out emails to companies that sell "netting truck covers" to include tractor trailer companies that sell mesh (net) covers

I used to own the domain if memory serves me right and I let it expire....I can double check.
I decided to keep and invest in only .COM
To answer your question I see no to little value in exact match .NETs at this time.
