I am looking for a website just like this one, https://www.spobo.com/index.php?goto=theparklv.com

I want to be able to list domains on a landing page, have a receive offers box like above, and place adds on each page similar to the one above. I would like when someone types in my domain name like example the one above does. www.thepark.com the page comes up, I want this to be 1 page per domain, then if they send an offer the following page says thank you we will reply shortly.
