I want someone to design a unique template page that I can easily customize - I want to be able to customize it for all 32 world cup teams... My main issue is that it's easily navigable and it looks attractive.
Not going to spend a lot on this project, preferably want a talented young web designer who's gifted at making attractive pages and wants to make some beer money (not that you should be buying beer if you're under 21
).
If it works out, it could be good for both of us, as my business partner and I have about 20 projects we'll be working on in the upcoming months that will require web design above our abilities.
