[For Sale] Template to be sold only once

I have a website template I am looking to sell. It is presently done as a web design company template but can very easily be converted to anything. This will only be sold once and the buyer gets absolutely full rights.

The template comes with psd and is sliced and coded.

The domain name I used on the template is just one I invented to use as a header and is not linked with the template. (Although I believe it is available if you like it!).

Price? I have absolutely no idea what it might be worth, so if you like it just make me an offer. I am not greedy. Also, if you don't want to buy it, but might have some idea about it's worth or any other comments about it, please be my guest to post here.

best advice i can give, Paul, is to look around the forums at what others are offering

I like this actually, clean and simple to load

Looking around various forums I generally see very basic templates being offered for what I would consider as being silly money ($100+). That's probably why it seems most go unsold!
