Looking for design quote

hi guys.

im looking for a quote on a design...
the site will showcase various bands with small writeup and a few 30sec mp3 samples.
I have/will be working on the some of the main content pages and get the bulk of it finished and just adding it to a free template to get the feel of the site

what i will need:
Someone to create a simple but attractive design 1 page...
but i will need it to use a header.php and footer.php and maybe a leftside or rightside.php include for the menu

i have a couple of different logos i want to use already....

im looking for rough quotes

i wont be abke to purchase a design for a few weeks but i will keep your quote and portfolio archived for when i make the decision
