Looking for a mesothelioma attorney site

I'm looking for a prebuilt, or one to be built, mini site of about 5-6 pages with content related to mesothelioma attorneys and the whats and whys of their professional services to the related topic. Looking to use adsense, banners, affiliate links, etc. Need a very polished and professional tone to the site, including content. This is a reseller project, thus not looking to pay more than 'low' XXX range.
