Looking for a GEO Developer

I'm interested in someone who can build out a first rate GEO site with local search, events, weather, local news etc. I'd like the site to be along the lines of this Burbank.com (Boston.com,Dallas.com etc.) when viewed on pc, but parred down for mobile viewing (ala WURFL, browser detect, etc.). Need a very polished and professional tone to the site, including content. Budget negotiable to experience and work.
