Looking for a good web designer and google maps user

Right well, i own ghettos.co.uk and its time i started to develop it, i'm looking for a web designer and a google maps api editor.

I want a website designed around google maps where the user can put a pin on where his/her 'hood' is.... I will want more features later on but this to start with
