Looking for a good "url extractor"

I'm looking for a good links extractor, a software which can query a searchengine with keywords of my choice and extract all web addresses which will be shown in search results.

Is there anything good on the market ? The only thing I can find anywhere are those damn "email extractors" and "tools for bulk spamming"
