Looking for a few scripts

I am looking to find a few scripts:

1. image hosting script that automatically adds a watermark to any pictures uploaded and also allows other users to rate the images that have been uploaded.

2. confession type script that would allow users would write a confession. Then other users would be allowed to comment on that confession and also rate it.

A combination of the two would make my day. Both would need some sort of admin to approve anything submitted before it went live.

I am not looking to pay someone to create these scripts. I am just hoping to find free versions of these scripts or cheap paid scripts that I can customize if I want.

Any suggestions?
