Looking for a customizable story rotator script

Hello, I am looking for a top story rotating script not just text but with images. One that will let me customize it to suite my needs. I would like to be able to select a image and have the ability to type any text I want to appear over the image in whatever color I want and be able to move it around anywhere on the image.
