Looking for a Resetaurant Directory/Rating Script

I am looking for a Restaurant Directory/Rating Script... It could be a Business Directory but my purpose would be for restaurants only...

I want something simple yet has decent features such as maybe a star review/comments ability.

I also would like to find something that sells the "rights" with the code. if I can buy or pay to have it built I woudl do so...

I want to be able to customize the code to fit a current site I have and then possibly offer the script for sale...

Anyone have any ideas/suggestions/direction as to where I could find such a script or the place or cost to have it built?

Hi David, I have a restaurant directory site, which is built from ground up. With very complex codes and many functions (still being added as we are speaking).

If you are interested. Let me know.
It costs me thousands and months ( I would say year too) and is being working on now. The functions the basics works fine, but I am updating it and is constantly updating, I am willing to sell you the rights to the codes, however, on future updates, or anything, you are on your own.

If interested let me know.
My site is active, has alot of codes.
