Looking for a Ad Script PLEASE HELP

I am looking for an ad script that will post ads that look just like google ads. I want to be able to add publishers and advertisers ect...and I want the ads being shown to look just like the google ads, be able to have several different dimensions and be able to select either text or image ect...

Please let me know if you have a script that can do this, or can develop one.

and it's commercial grade as for the sizes and the boxes it cosmetics depends on how you design your ad. you can ad campaigns, different advertisers, users, etc.

I am wanting to get completely away from adsense all together. I am wanting a script that will show ad links and ad images, just like googles...meaning the text links appear to look identical to google ads cosmetically. Are there any scripts out there that will create text links that look just like googles?
