Looking for a cms like Wikipedia for my new project

I need cms which works like wikipedia that allows the visitors themselves to easily add, remove and otherwise edit , change contents,search engine,create profiles and post old records to the archive.
I would consider to create a n open source too for my project

Media wiki is the best wiki software, is open source and was made for (and used by) wikipedia.
