The name looks like it was hand reg'd less than a month ago and listed recently on sedo. I have my suspicions about this post, I won't say more.

The "owner" of that domain 4 days ago made a post asking for someone to buy all his names including healthylotion.com

The original post can be seen here

That post links to a now edited (note the title vs the post) namepros post
What's the point of doing this?

What's the point of doing this?

Divulge, OVERVALUE and make a "false interest" on your own domains creating a lot of fake new users and spamming topics in community. I did my part reporting him (in the main user) with proves.

The main user commented in this topic, above. I repeat: He thinks we're idiots.

He wants to get people to bid any value below 10k the HealthyLotion.com listed (250K) in Sedo, buy his domain to trying to resell to this fake user (which is himself) he used to create this topic.

In short: He created a fake user interested in his own domain, so that people offer or can buy for 5K, 2k, 6k, 7k, etc... (he will go out in profit) and try to sell to himself for 10k. It's a little child who has a lot to learn, poor.

This!

Interesting that the seller of domain is from Canada. where are 03:38 PM now. (GMT-4)
The same "User's Time" of his fake user that made this topic. Maybe a coincidence...

Repeat: He thinks we're idiots

Scammers getting more elaborate... Whats the trick?

  1. Willing to offer 10K out the gate
  2. A desperate domainer buys the name off sedo for $1,500
  3. Come back here to make a profit by selling for 10K to the same buyer who sold it to him for $1,500
I'm extremely clever, but i won't use it to scam people...rather , to help others.

Happy to see domainers picking up on scams quickly...

Alot of these scammers seem to surprisingly have an account under 1 day old.
