Hi,
I am selling an iPhone site that I have been running for several years. I did sell the website at one point for just under $4,000, which appeared on DNJournal (http://www.dnjournal.com/archive/domainsales/2009/05-19-09.htm). I started running it again just over a year ago (roughly).
At the time it made me quite a bit of money from referrals (in excess of: £4,166)
Currently, the site isn't doing as well as it once was (unfortunately). Therefore, I believe it needs a fresh look on it, with someone that has enthusiasm to run such a site.
The content is feeds from other websites (using a Wordpress free plugin).
Since Feb 7th it's only made $48.87 and two referrals at about £20 each which is about $31 each. So, in 5 months it's made about $110. Not much, but I haven't done any work.
The traffic peaks the week apple make an announcement. The highest amount of traffic we had was 736 visits on the 22nd of March. We was averaging several hundred visits a day constantly, until May where now our traffic is about 40-150 visits a day (should increase when the new iPhone gets released).
I'm not looking for a fortune for this website, as I know it needs some work - but it does have a good foundation to work upon.
