Location based ad serving

Hi Guys,

I have a few questions about serving ads based on a users location.

Basically I get a mix of traffic worldwide to a laptop site I have, now the mix is roughly:
42% US
12% Irish
9% UK

The rest is spread out across the planet so I wont be targeting them for the moment.
I have affiliations with various retailers and I have some for each of the countries mentioned above.

I'm using wordpress and I want to display ads differently based on location.

How do I go about doing that or has anyone a link to a tutorial.
I'm using different networks eg. CJ, Linkshare, Tradedoubler.

If I need to provide more info let me know.
