I purchased a name for development. It's one letter different from another company in the same biz. Now I'm getting loan approvals, rejections, w2 forms, even pay stubs by email. No disclaimers on the email but I'm deleting it as it arrives.
I've sent multiple notices to the company, nothing has changed. I responded to one of their customers yesterday, explained the mistake and they apologized!
What is the best way to handle this.
FYI, they use a misspelling as a brand name. I own the correctly spelled word.
