Anyones guess on how many quad prems our going to be dropped come the first week of feb? Its prob gonna take the 45 days to hit the open market, but would anticipate there were many LLLL.net that thought a buyout was imminent.

difficult to say. I have already renewed about 350 of my quad LLLL.net (the best ones) till 2010. I have maybe 20-30 more to be extended in February, do not know yet if I will do that or just sell them on the market for cheap, as I need funds for other domains now.

I'm getting a run time server error when I try to change the radio buttons on the site to a different choice. Thanks.

There will be some drops but my guess is they will all be picked up pretty quickly. Not so sure about the non-quad premiums. Some of them may not be picked up and we may see the number of LLLL.net remaining increase a bit. But with the number of LLLL.net - quad and otherwise - that are being bought for $xxx to $xxxx on a regular basis, I think the LLLL.net market will continue to pick up steam.

What I wonder is what will happen to the reseller price of high quality LLLL.net once the buyout drops work their way through the system. One indicator to watch will be the LLLL.com market as the buyout drops entering the market are just now ending. If the value of LLLL.com begin to increase, the same might be expected of LLLL.net in a couple months, once the drops have cycled through.

Hey guys.
Why do you register/acquire LLLL.NETs? I mean, those kind of LLLL like unpronounceable quad premiums or CVCV with antipremium letters (or with "Y" as vowel).

I'm wondering if start to register/acquire them too (well, only the best ones) or if being prudent with purchases (i don't have a deep money pocket). So i would like to know your reasons.

we were all caught up in the llll.net 12months ago... that is how long llll.net has been going on... but if you are early (like good LLLLL.com) as in anything you will profit... it just depends... on how long you can hold out before you will sell.

I think if you have got the best of LLLL.net now you are sitting pretty.. but you need to hold for 3 years... remember it is going to take a few years to get out the mess of the crap we are in now..

if you want to invest.. buy LLL.net..

I have 60 names like xxxd.net and yyyl.net and more and will hold them for the next 5 years...

Think about it like this... in 2004 I can buy LLL.net for $200+ and now they are worth $800+

So XXXD.net x reg fee $7x5 = $35 and if I can sell my XXXD.net for $300-$500 in 5 years x 60 names... I think I will do well..

Anyone think i have missed something or am wrong please post..

Thx
Tom

PFGP.net - about 19,000,000 Google search
Google is very unpredictable these days. It seems to lump in similar terms that have MUCH more search. If it says "Did you mean: PGP Top 2 results shown" ... then you need to minus out that term (and the next one, and the next one, until it no longer shows this...) to get accurate results.

I think this is the "true" google search for this one:

Results 1 - 10 of about 10,800 for PFGP -pgp -php. (0.17 seconds)
