GoDaddy backorder costs... I don't remember how much it's today... I remember I bought a lot of backorder credits for 15$ each (as far as I remember) with all my discounts. I don't know how much they are now.

in addition to "ee" some above mentioned domains also contains "eu" and "oe"

whereas "eu" id known by everyone, "oe" stays for "ö" or Österreich (Austria) in german language
