There are currently 212,587 LLLL.nets available (as at the 10th March 2008). Hence there's now only 46.52% of the total 456,976 LLLL.nets available. This is a fall of 270 (after refunded domains) since 2 days ago. - GFNB.net

Does it mean that, if LLLL.nets are regged at the current speed, it will take about 4 years?

I got 100+ llll.net a couple of weeks ago and I am starting to get a little worried.

Don't worry about the speed, really...
When all the .Net's are regged, premiums will be worth $100, which means $7 today + 3 renewals == $28 so you have over 300% in revenue.

No problem

If it was only a 1xx drop per day, then yes it'd take around 4 years. However things will be quicker than that - we're still relatively early on in the countdown, although registrations are starting to pick-up. And look at the quad premium buyout - thousands were registered in a few days

So whilst things look bad now, there's no chance it'll take 4 years. Personally I think they'll be gone by late 2009. Famous last words maybe, although who knows.

Unfortunately I was sort of banking on the sales and did some readjustments to my other domains to compensate, but oh well not much that I can do. We all need to contact ebay and have him removed so that future auctions are not messed up
