advice LLLL.net available according to Whois, but unable to register

I found an available domain, (has no whois record) even gwhois.org shows the available link to register at namesilo, but following the link, namesilo says it's invalid. Godaddy says it's unavailable to register.... what gives?

Have you experienced this? Why would an available name not be allowed to be registered?
