Holy cow! Four letters combinations are almost 500,000. It's hard to believe they are all gone. Is it worth a try to check each one for availability? ;)

It's sad to hear that. :(

What to do now?

Try auction houses or buy from other users at forums, etc...

Expect the minimum price to be around $50 even for very very bad letter combinations. (you are lucky if you find any at around $40)

What about LLLL.net? Is there any hope left? Or I'm too late to the party as well?

If there are some LLLL.net left, is there any value in regging them at the moment? What do they worth as an avg?

Quad Premiums are at $12-$20 now already, they were bought out last month.
Still there are plenty of good oportunities around there.

Just take a lot at the LLLL.net sales thread and countdown thread and you'll see what I mean.

I think it's time to buy some four-letters combos, they are dropping in price. This is seen temporary though! GL

Definite potential in LLLL.nets, but if you're gonna register them be prepared to hold at least a year.

omg, where did you come out from? how come you didn't know LLLL.coms are gone?
Anyways, now it's a good time to buy some cheap, around this time next year I think they will be very close to $100

if i were you i would buy LLLL dot com even they are more expensive
dot com is the best extension we have and you will surely have a solid investment but maybe with LLLL dot net (the best ones such as quad premium) you can have better ROI

it depends on your plans to the future, how long you intend to keep them

good luck!!!

I have a hard time believing the crappy letter ones will be 100 in a year. Think about it. With an increased supply (aka 300,000 LLLL.com's trying to be sold by resellers), the price will lower. Eventually this market will crash back down and average out with premium's selling high, moderate ones selling around 50 and the bottom, crappy, unpronounceable at 10-15 dollars.

My 2 cents as usual.

Unbelievabl some domainers still don't know about the LLLL.com buyout. Drudge needs to put up a big siren or something!

I don't really get your "increased supply" thing here. Increased over what? A large number of people will happily renew their LLLLs...they're not all going to be trying to unload them at once, any more than they are now.
