Hi,
I have an LLL than i want to purchase, but i can't afford the $1,000+ for a .net and then $10,000+ for a .com So i was looking around, but i can;t find which extensions have all sold out on LLL's?

Is it possible to get a list of extensions without LLL's sold out? Also, are there any extensions besides .com + .net + .org and .info that are less than $10 to reg?

ty,
Sam.

I'm very doubt that it is (<= $10). I only know .lv and .lt for ~$16 - $17.

Any idea where to reg them at that price? I can't find any registrar besides eurodns.com and they're 120Euros (incl. setup fee) and it doesn't check for names properly :(

Yes. :) There is hostex.lt. It's lithuanian, but you can consult me how to register and buy there. Or I can buy domain names for you. ;)

If it's okay, i will contact you as soon as I've decided if i want to go ahead and register a .LT

Paypal acceptable payment? :)

Italy, France, Germany, Usa and lots more costs less than $10 if you know where to buy them. But they all ran out.

Canada just ran out, India too but you can buy cheap from resellers.

I would go for India as it will boom soon or later.

I see, that there isn't available to pay using PayPal. :( Only bank transfer is possible.

.ws is pretty cheap, I expect that there are LLL available.

BTW, if you are looking for a short domain there are a few extensions where two letter domains are still available. LL.VC at Dotster are $35 minus a 15% coupon ( coupon = bargaincat.com worked a few weeks ago), there were some left last time I checked. .HN also had some available, but a little more costly. There are others, too.

None of these should be expected to grow quickly in value - they are too obvious and have sat un-registered for too long. But who knows the future?

.WS that are less than three characters ARE available but at a premium registration and renewal price that pretty much rules them out.

3 Character Domains - $500/yr
2 Character Domains - $1000/yr
1 Character Domains - $50,000/yr D-:

Yes, you have to pay $500 EVERY YEAR ... which quickly makes the LLL.net very palatable, which you only have to shell out big money for once. :D

You can't get around it by registering somewhere else other than the NIC, http://website.ws/ either. The registry charges their registrars a premium price for < 3 character domains as well so you're not going to find them [much] cheaper anywhere else.

Sam,

will ll-l or l-ll work for you instead of lll?

some ll-l.com and l-ll.com are free yet, but not for a long time. I think they will be gone in a year. And .com is always the first choice :).
