Nice name but, the extension kills its value. You can develop it to get a better value of the domain. As such the domain worth low xx$ to mid xx$.

Why let it go if it'd make revenue? Once the TM holder contacts you it's time to let go, but not before they do.. that'd be a waste as there's a chance they'll never do so...

seriously.. a TM doesn't make a domain worthless, and you don't take much risk by just keeping a TM domain IMO as long as you don't seek trouble with the TM owner.

So if the TM owner comes around and demands the domain, give it to him, or sell it cheap for mid $xxxish.. that way chance of being sued isnt big..

It's always a risk, but I've sold quite some TM domains and still hold some, without any trouble.

appraisales in xxx$,xxxx$ and higher(nobody checked TM before giving
appraisale) and then somebody write that your domain worth not much
and i understand you.But nobody can talk about other opinions that they
are b.llsh.t,you can accept or not accept others opinions,like it or not
and I only say(if you read the first post) that you can have TM problems
and it's up to you what you will do with your domain,but IMO this domain
have no value.
about livescore.cz,livescore.in,livescore.cc...if they have not the right
from the TM holder or are not in ownership from TM holder,they are also
TM.

I bet it'd make at least $xx a month from just parking, but I think this amount will be closer to high $xx-$xxx.

I'd pay a $100 any day of the week for it if the owner would offer it to me for that amount..

I think the value is totally up to the revenue, which would be around 12-18 months revenue, so probably at least $x,xxx
