Live.eu...

Hey everyone,

I saw that a few weeks ago, I was surprised to see the "LIVE.EU" was accepted by the registry with the most likely scam trademark of "LI & VE"...

I went to check today that there has been a complaint filed against the descision byt the registry, I suspect that it is Microsoft who will have brought up the complaint!

I can't decide who I want to get it most... Microsoft (rich buggers) or "LI & VE" the scammers!

Live.eu is a sweet name though :gn:

After Microsoft and the EU's rather public falling-out over the past decade, I do wonder how many of their sunrise apps were approved, and how many more might have been taken by "Wind & Ows" psedo-apps.
Can't really "root" for either of these, as LI & VE does not translate into the hugely generic "live" to me...

Whether they fall out or not, they cannot deny a request based on whether they like them or not!

and yes... trademarks that have an and in, like tese, are clearly people wanting the names to park and sell.

Ahh well, Microsoft would just take them to court and whip them until it was issued to them anyway. I bet you they will still be fighting for this nameover the next few months!
