Listing at Sedo and GoDaddy

Yes, I know that in a few months it will just be Afternic listings showing at GoDaddy....

I want the most exposure for my domains. Ideally a search at either Sedo, Afternic or GoDaddy will show my domain.

At Sedo I prefer to have a minimum offer, with a BIN. The problem is, at GoDaddy my domain will appear to be in stupid 80-day auction with my minimum offer as the starting bid. Not likely to get a sale!

THE FIX

Presuming GoDaddy is your main registrar, list your domains directly with GoDaddy Auctions. It is slightly painful - providing two levels of category even though GDA doesn't let people search by them... But you can give a BIN price.

Now when someone searches at GDA, instead of the stupid auction, they will have the opportunity to BIN.

I have got some sales from a GDA BIN, and none from the GDA / SEDO fake auction

--------------
BTW

I find it especially annoying that if, say, your domain is fads.biz (my real example), and someone searches for "fads" at GoDaddy, they won't see your domain for sale - even though it is listed with GDA. They'll only see it if they search for "fads.biz". Costing themselves sales...

Why would fids should up for a search for fads? :P

Anyway.... do you mean you should list your name for sale at godaddy BEFORE you list then at Sedo/Afternic?
