Established Links Reference (.com) - popular links directory - 3,400 links submitted already

Hey all,
I'm looking to sell off one of my links directories: Links Reference.

Links Reference was started in mid January, and has already had 3,441 links submitted to it. Unique visitors is over 1,000 every month:

The domain is hosted with GoDaddy, and it expires 11th Jan 08.

The BIN for this site is $65. Although I may be open to offers. Payment is via PayPal, and 4% fees are added if ending sale isn't at BIN price (i.e. if I accept an offer of less than $65).
