I am looking to sell this directory with a premium domain name. Google analytics was not installed properly apparently, so I can just go by alexa ranking. By the looks of it this site is getting organic traffic with absolutely no advertising by me (other than in my signature).
Selling the site as-is. The domain alone is worth a lot, based on the amazing 1 word keyword as well as a visually favourable extension (with .edu - people seem to love seeing that).
BIN is $450.
I am looking for reasonable offers not too far from my BIN.
