I recently submitted some of my sites to link farms for seo purposes. I have had nothing but spam emails from them since, however, I thought you should be aware of an email doing the rounds.
I use aol.com as my whois info and have recieved an email (apparently from them) stating that my details need updating.

It has come to our attention that your AOL Billing Information records are out of date. That requires you to update the Billing Information. Failure to update your records will result in account termination. Please update your records within 24 hours. Once you have updated your account records, your AOL session will not be interrupted and will continue as normal. Of course, they want my CC details, name etc etc etc. How to proceed? I am clearly pissed that they think they could get away with this, maybe some of you guys would know how to report this etc.
