status-todo Link sales discussion thread at the bottom of the sales reporting thread

I've noticed that posts not explicitly reporting the sales from here: https://www.namepros.com/threads/report-completed-domain-name-sales-here.83628/ (such as additional questions and details, congratulations etc.) are eventually removed or moved here: https://www.namepros.com/threads/discuss-and-report-any-details-of-domain-name-sales.998009/

However, before they are, they unnecessarily trigger the alert about new posts in the thread, which is a bit annoying. So my question/suggestion is, could we have the 'discuss' thread somehow pinned the bottom of the 'report' thread, so that people know to post questions etc. there? I think it would save the mods lots of work and help users self-organize.

NamePros is currently undergoing significant renovations, so it may need to wait until those are finished, but we've marked this thread as "todo."
