trade Link exchange with football or health/fitness site

I have 2 football sites which i can do xchanges with (both are on different servers)
1 s PR2 and gets around 1000 uniques a month
the other was put online after the last update so doesnt have a PR but gets again around 1000 uniques a month

my health/fitness site is brad new so doesnt have any traffic/PR although im sure durig the next update it will have a PR and more traffic (at the moment its on about 40uniques for the month as its brand new)
