So we have Like button below every post and we have Thank button there as well. I don't recall seeing two of them together on any other forum.
What's the difference between them and what's a point to have them both together?
My feeling (just my opinion, sorry if i'm wrong) is that Thank is just a stronger expression of appreciation than Like. But if so, from another hand we have a Likes Received counter in our user profiles which can bee seen as a kind of a reputation meter, while Thanks although having more "weight" do still not influence any "reputation/vanity meter". So one may post a very useful post gathered hundreds of Thanks, but his Likes counter is still on zero, just for a rough example.
