This guy is arguing:

Also three letters on their own are still three characters...

Basically hes saying 3 letter domains (for example) are still characters so therefore letter and character domains are the same.

Can you help explain / define why this is wrong?

Technically you can call LLL three characters if you want tosay anything is a character letter or number.
