I don't agree with you. The fact that I picked this domain for free doesn;t mean it is worth zero. An immigration agency miht want to use this domain (meaning Be "Legal resident").

IMHO value is low and let me tell you why: to my knowledge there are no established immigration agencies in Belgium but I may be wrong. Maybe a few lawyers are active in the field but it's rather confidential business then. That's one difference between European countries and North America (Canada or US).
