I think it has a lot of potential if developed into a directory/portal/news type website targeting those in Utah.

Utahans would be a typo - it's actually Utahns.

I'm not sure where you got your spelling/definition from but in Utah, they refer to themselves as Utahns and that's how it's spelled.
