What are the legalities of copyrighted typos, such as someone owning something like walmrat.com instead of walmart.com. I have read some articles of people getting sued for things like this, yet others are completely left alone. What are the chances they go after typo domains like this, and what are the legal issues - do the people owning the typos ususally lose these court battles?
