Legal use of domain

Hello everyone,

I have a domain name xxx.pl and I found out there is a trademark registered for xxx name in Netherlands, figurative type of trademark. Their niche is construction business. My website is a sexshop

Can I still use my domain name? Or I can get in troubles?

And in the trademark information it says:
Nice classes: 6, 20, 35

Without getting into the enormously complicated world of TM's, there does not seem to be any reason why you could not use your domain. It may be the same name as theirs in another extension but their NICE classes are distinctly unlike your proposed usage. Therefore you have a perfectly legitimate, alternate use for a similar name. I personally would do it.

Yes, being in a different niche (line of product/services), you would be safe as long put the Domain Name to legitimate use asap.
