Gambling! Gambling! Gambling!

Who doesn't know it, the hope that after inserting a coin a whole rain of money will pelt down?

What do you think about gambling domains and their potential?

Gambling has fascinated Europe and other countries for centuries. Meanwhile, it is also easy to make online winnings or even to have fun at a live stream casino. Let's take a look at the top 10 gambling nations in Europe:

10th - Italy

Italy just made it into the top ten with 32 casinos. Italy's largest casino is located in Campione d'Italia, with the most casinos in beautiful Milan. But the Italians love the "little game of chance" the most: the slot machines. In a small bar or shopping centre, with an espresso in their hand you will find the Italian player at the one-armed bandit.

9th place - Spain

Spain's players get their money's worth in more than 50 casinos. The capital Madrid is the metropolis of gambling and home to the country's largest casino: the Gran Madrid Torrelodones. The Spanish prefer to place bets. Sports betting already accounts for more than half of all gambling income, and horse betting is very much in vogue. More and more Spaniards are betting online, and the market is growing rapidly.

8th place - Estonia

Estonians describe sports betting as a traditional cultural asset. However, legal gambling started very late by European standards. Only after independence in 1991 did the first official casinos open, now there are more than 53. Most of them are located in the capital Tallinn, which has established itself as the meeting place of the poker elite.

7th - Czech Republic

The seventh place goes to the Czech Republic with its 57 casinos and numerous slot machines. No European country has a higher density of "one-armed bandits" in terms of population. For every 1000 Czechs there are 7.5 slot machines, three times as many as in Germany and even ten times more than in Austria. Until 2012, the Czech Republic was a tax haven for suppliers, and in 2016 the legal situation was reformed again. But the joy of playing in the Czech Republic cannot be dampened by higher taxes and stricter controls on the Internet.

6th place - Lithuania

Lithuania is also a land of milk and honey for all fans of slot machines. More than 1000 of them are spread over 60 casinos. Almost half of them can be found in the capital Vilnius. There is also the largest casino of the country, the Olympic Casino. Although it cannot compete with the class of a traditional casino, it attracts with poker tournaments and free drinks.

5th place - Germany

Germany must not be missing among the Top 5, as it is home to the stylish Casino of Baden-Baden, which with its 150-year existence is one of the oldest casino operations in Europe. Meanwhile, Berlin is also considered as a gambling city, with slot machines on every corner.

4th place - Latvia

In Latvia, too, the "slot halls" with numerous slot machines dominate the national casinos. Poker fans have been warned that there are only three tables in the country. More popular is "Russian Poker", the local version of the international classic. More than 40 of the 121 gaming venues are located in Riga. The live casino studio of the software manufacturer Playtech, a pioneer of the "Next Generation" casino experience, was also opened there in 2017.

3rd place - Great Britain

Whether it's racing horses, greyhounds, sporting events or events in the English royal house - the joy of betting knows no bounds in Great Britain and has a long tradition. There are thousands of betting offices and more than 130 casinos. The historic and still prestigious gaming mecca is London's Mayfair district.

Not far away there are other exclusive clubs in Park Lane and Picadilly. However, the largest casino is located in the north of the country, in Leeds, England.

2nd place - Netherlands

With 165 casinos, Holland almost leads the ranking of European gambling states. The offer is varied and reaches from the Casino Venlo in the style of the Asian Macau up to the Casino in Bredo accommodated in the former monastery. The centre of gambling is clearly Amsterdam, where 13 casinos, more than 100 gaming tables and 1000 slot machines await gambling enthusiasts.

1st place - France

First place in the ranking of European player countries goes to the French. "Rien ne va plus" - with these words and the beginning of the roulette game, gambling in France began. The internationally popular Blackjack is also said to have been played in France for the first time. Among the most famous casinos in the world is Monte Carlo, designed by Charles Garnier, who created the Paris Opera.

It's amazing that with all this information and knowledge about the success of allowing online gambling and sports betting to be legal in other countries, that the United States has not fully legalized it. Once gambling and sports betting reaches the United States on a larger scale I see gambling domains having major potential.

Great post.
